About the event
Prenatal yoga is a great way for mommas to be to learn beneficial breathing techniques to help them in childbirth. This series is designed to gently flow through a series of poses that strenghthen muscles that are helpful in child birth such as the quads and pelvic floor. This class also focuses on hip mobility and increasing flexibility in the hips, and hamstrings while releasing tension from sore areas from carrying our little loves, espeically in the lower back, shoulders and neck. Most importantly this class will help expecting mommas to calm their minds, release tension and share their joys and fears that come with motherhood and pregnancy. This class also brings you a deep sense of connection with your incredible body, your beautiful babe, and also be with other mommas expecting around the same time as you.
